$45.00 - Up front fee is required on all non-warranty repairs and goes toward repair or diagnostic of the unit. (Non-refundable)

$75.00 - Labor rate per hour for Carry-in/Ship-in Service Only with a minimum labor charge of One hour. In the event that no fault is found with your unit or you decline the estimate provided by H.E.S. this is your fee. Some fees vary on Keyboards, Mixers & Consoles and will not exceed our $150.00 policy.

$150.00 - House Calls/On Site Service. This includes travel time and diagnostic fee. This fee is non-refundable and will be applied tward final repair. By appointment only.

Flat Rate $45.00 Labor Service - Applies to these specific items: Speaker Reconing, Passive Speakers, and Analog Lights. All parts are extra.

All units will be repaired up to $150.00 anything over that you will be called with an estimate for approval.

Rush Fee: $30.00 - Your piece of equipment will be the next one up for diagnosis or repair. Normal labor rates and part charges apply.


Equipment Left - More than 30 days after notification of completion will be charged a storage fee of $5.00 per day. We are not responsible for equipment left more than 30 days. The equipment my be sold or discarded.

Our Guarantee - All non-warranty repairs guaranteed for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of pickup or deliver. If the unit fails with the same problem within this period, return the unit and we will service it at no charge to you. If the unit requires additional parts to solve the original problem your will be charged only for the parts. All returns are subject to inspeaction by H.E.S.
