Service Rates

Diagnostic or Estimate fee: $75.00

 Deposit maybe required up front

 In the event that no fault is found with your unit or you decline the estimate provided by H,E.S., this is the fee you will be charged for diagnostic time spent.

 Labor Rates: $75.00/hr carry-in service only

Minimum Labor Charge: 1 hour.

 Field Service: $75.00/hr from start  to finish plus parts.

by appointment only.

Analog lights:$45.00 flat rate

 Labor rates only,  all parts are extra.

Speaker Repair flat rate $45.00

Labor rate only, all parts are extra.

 Attention

 Rush Fee: $30.00

Your piece of equipment will be the next one up for diagnosis or repair. Normal labor part charges apply

Warranty Claims:

   1. Must tell Counter person the unit is under warranty

      2. Must present sale receipt for item being serviced.

  3. If item must be rushed you will be required to pay the rush fee of $30.00 plus any applicable shipping charges for parts needed to perform the repair . 

     4. Any warrant equipment not cover by the manufacturers will be customer          reasonability to pay.
